Conditions for Returns

  • Colours of the product can be slightly change because every model has there on screen brightness . product displayed is a graphical content
  • We don’t have any refund or exchange policy . refund or exchange is allowed if the product is damaged or wrong . in that case parcel opening video is required .
  •  Parcel opening video is required for any complaint or query no matter what.
  • Prepaid orders can’t be cancelled once the customer has placed the order . no refund will be done in that case.
